I called the evening I was considering coming into the store, something came up. The next afternoon, the gentleman i spoke to on the phone called me to follow up. I was working so he left a message. I stopped into the store that day, explaining i wouldn't be making any certain decisions that day, just checking out my options. It was the same man I spoke to on the phone. Very friendly kind and helpful at first then over my rental agreement time my supposedly new washer breaks down takes me a week to get an appointment to come out and look at it then they give me a loaner to use this is in October 2024 I never hear anything keep calling getting the same response I'll have some one call you. Never did call me back with any updates then when I finally did get to talk to someone they had no idea what I was talking about she thought they just switched my washer out so she had to get it straighten... read more
