Kittanning rent a center is a huge joke the workers currently employed are very rude and brush you off in store, but when I called in to the store to try and resolve my account, the "store manager" gave me nothing but attitude, and proceeds to tell me that I have to pay my account today, when I told her my pay is Thursday, then she proceeds to ask me again when am I making a payment, even though I told her 4x during this same conversation she would get the money Thursday. This store anymore is a complete joke rude nasty people working there they act like you are bothering them when you call. Will stay with Aaron's from now on
I ordered furniture and was told it would be here in a week. I had to put money down. A week later I was told it would be another week. It has now been w weeks. I have received no furniture and they won't give me my money back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY SEEM NICE BUT THEY LIE AND ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!
I called the evening I was considering coming into the store, something came up. The next afternoon, the gentleman i spoke to on the phone called me to follow up. I was working so he left a message. I stopped into the store that day, explaining i wouldn't be making any certain decisions that day, just checking out my options. It was the same man I spoke to on the phone. Understanding he wouldn't be making any sales that day, he still went above & beyond to do what he could to meet any potential needs I have. That is awesome ... read more
