WORST customer service that I've ever experienced. They were rude, and shut me down just as I walked up to the counter. They were more worried about what was going on on their phones than an actual, in person customer. Refused to help me for at least 20 minutes.
I don't usually post negative reviews, so let me just say....if you want to be disappointed and angry then go see them. (Edited by myself for harsh language) Three separate days of dealing with them and they only made it worse each time I interacted with them. Because of them I will NEVER deal with a Rent a center again.
This location has an exceptional team, by far the most professional and trustworthy :) They are integral with options for paying off our items too. 👍
Yeah It helped in a need
This is a bad store to get stuff at. They don't try to help you out and they favor people if they broke something they still take what is not broken back. But me they just told me I have to keep it and the thing is, that it was the same broken computer from last time.
