Todd Hemphill was the man that took care of our needs. He was very informative about what we ask for, and made several call to other branches to find what I was looking for. Was a great experience.
Customer service and communication is very poor, I’ve been a loyal customer for multiple years and this stores management is very poor and demanding. I simply can’t see my payments being made on the rent a center app as well to see how much until it’s paid off and only response I get is “long as we can see it on our end don’t worry about it” This location needs better management
