Customer service and communication is very poor, I’ve been a loyal customer for multiple years and this stores management is very poor and demanding. I simply can’t see my payments being made on the rent a center app as well to see how much until it’s paid off and only response I get is “long as we can see it on our end don’t worry about it” This location needs better management
Wonderful experience employees have great customer service skills, and are very helpful. The products are great prices. Very good experience.
