If I could give 0 I would. A auto payment didn't work so my wife called tot try and make the same payment over the phone the manager grabbed an attitude and refused to run the same payment amount they tried to pull out because we had to transfer money over from savings side. The manger refused and wanted $100 over the original amount they tried to pull out. Super rude, I called to pay and the lady stated we owed 135 when they had just tried to take out 40. She was very disrespectful over the phone and was threatening to file charges because I couldnt pay 135. Our online account even showed the 40. I will never do business with this store again. Ive had done business in the past with a different store but by far this is the most disrespectful people out there.

I called on the phone other day and spoke to a young man with the name of Landon he had awesome customer service and was super helpful in helping me find exactly what i wanting thank you RAC for having such an outstanding employee with a great head on his shoulders.
