DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Use Arrons instead! I lost my father last month and informed them about my financial hardship due to this loss. They didn’t care at all. Instead, they threatened to come pick up the couch! Keep in mind, I had made a double payment the week before my father passed. Fast forward to this month, I was only a couple of days late with my payment because I was catching up, and the representative thought it was acceptable to treat me poorly. I started my agreement with a mattress and wound up getting a tablet and a computer not long after. This store is wonderful and management is so kind. I have never experienced such great customer service before! I was renting from a competitor but have since returned the product. I have recommended this store to a few people and will continue to recommend it ! Thank you for everything!
