I had never been into RAC before. I decided to give it a chance! So glad I did! I did an application online and Maggie from the store called me instantly. We talked about my options and she said it was easier to come in and see my options. I am so happy! I will have a new couch on Friday! So excited! My kids are even more excited!!! The customer service was on point!!!
In preparation for back surgery I needed an option for sleeping in bed. I did a Google search for furniture rental. R-A-C came up near me on state rd 200 in Ocala. .I explained my situation to a very friendly and knowledgeable Magaly. Been doing business with rent a center for many years I can't even tell you how long. They have many items to choose from. Or they can try and find what you need. Very friendly people inside who welcome you and treat you as family. It's very nice if then during holidays when they gave our family a turkey. Or randomly come to my apartment to bring a gift of appreciation. They are always willing to help find what your looking for.
Chase has empowered me in countless ways. He is an extraordinary manager who truly sets the standard. I wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional team. They are outstanding and compassionate individuals.
