Very nice people and helpful
This happened a few years ago. I purchased a laptop from this store and was making my payments on time until I ended up in the hospital with cellulitis in my leg and was there for a week so I did not get a paycheck to make my payment. I called and let them know my situation and the manager was very rude and said that was not their problem that I need to make a payment. Only because Chase my word this guy is unrofessional, rude, bad communication, a bad store manager. He made me cry ..then next time tried to make me feel stupid luckily Maggie and the Tanisha I believe helped me out they made my experience great every time no matter of I'm later or what those two ladies are the best. They got driver short vanilla guy with the lovely goatie is the best as well and very understanding.. If it wasn't for them I would return everything period.. Chase needs not to be the store manager period ever
PSA... I haven't even gotten one piece of furniture from this store yet. But I can tell you this.. I just got off the phone with MAGGIE and she has captured my heart. Her customer service. Her knowledge. Please go to this store... They're amazing. I can't wait to get my new home so I can get my furniture and continue getting what I need from them. Have a great day all!!!!
