he staff needs to be retrained, even the manager. Poor management, leadership and communication skills. Here I am thinking I should receive my new stove any day now and they returned my deposit without so much as a phone call. I have small children that I need to cook for. They don’t take their job seriously and it’s disheartening to say the very least
