Employees should focus on doing there job and removing the payment that I DONT NEED TO PAY BECAUSE I GAVE YOU THE PRODUCT OVER A WEEK AGO, but instead they are focused on calling my wife every single day and calling her sweetie to patronize her. Do your job and learn manors.
I started rented in September. They were having a %50 off deal. They stood me up twice on my delivery and forgot the placements on my couch. NEVER GOT THEM. I got a bed set set a table and couch for 1450, paying 100 a week for a 6th month program. I was also told I’d have a month off because i didn’t get my furniture until 3 weeks later. The new manager sucks . I got a mattress i didn't like, asked for a different one, waited a week to hear back from them. I finally got a a hold of them, and they offered a mattress that was double the price, I declined the offer, yet they still were still asking for my weekly payment even though I've been waiting all week for my mattress. I also got told that they'd bring my lights for my head board since they "couldn't find them" when they did my delivery and still haven't got them. Jay the delivery driver from rent a center puts my brand new recliner in a big puddle of water due to he didnt want to deliver that day my recliner was soaked 1200.00 chair then 2 speakers were sitting in the pouring rain instead of bring things in so they dont get destroyed. Is there a hate in that store from jay then he calls me and ask for a payment for equipment that crashed that was returned and he has no filter around my child or wife with bad language not what i expect from a employee of a big business i deal with.
