Great customer service, especially from Ana! Always accommodates us. Been coming here for 3 years now because of her!!!
The absolute worst experience with manager Anna. Hung up on me two times on the phone today as I was explaining our policies in place. Mind you, this is a business she is speaking with. She is extremely disrespectful and has no regard for others. I can hardly believe she holds a managing position with such awful customer service skills. I’m absolutely floored. Do better regional managers + corporate leads. What a poor look for your place of business. I left messages with corporate, still no call back at this time.
Long story short I’ll never rent from this location again.
Went in to shop today 1/29/26 Gerry Was super professional he had 2 customers in the store he came over and greeted me asked me if I didn't mind waiting he had 2 people before me. Than he offered me a bottle of water. Then I watch as he took time to explain a bill to the customer before me who had questions about there bill. This store is HORRIBLE. Ana the manager is HORRIBLE and so is Jerry. I’ve called about my problem with my furniture for 6 MONTHS straight and still haven’t gotten a call back.
