Anna is hands down theeeeee Best!!!!!! !!!! Usually the only person ill deal with so if you ever lose her,just know I wont deal with rent-a-center EVER again....
HORRIBLE experience dealing with the so called manager Anna ! My furniture was scheduled to be delivered today and when I called and she answered I asked hey wasn’t my delivery scheduled for today she said no I believe tomorrow so I told her why didn’t you guys call and let me know and I wouldn’t have canceled my plans ! Then she was straight up rude and disrespectful and tells me do you still want the delivery for tomorrow or should I cancel and then tells me i called yelling and coming at her when I actually talked nice an... read more
Great customer service, especially from Ana! Always accommodates us. Been coming here for 3 years now because of her!!!
The absolute worst experience with manager Anna. Hung up on me two times on the phone today as I was explaining our policies in place. Mind you, this is a business she is speaking with. She is extremely disrespectful and has no regard for others. I can hardly believe she holds a managing position with such awful customer service skills. I’m absolutely floored. Do better regional managers + corporate leads. What a poor look for your place of business. I left messages with corporate, still no call back at this time.
Long story short I’ll never rent from this location again.
