No stars if it were an option. I would not recommend the Thomasville Rent-A-Center location. Their website gives you an approval amount, but the store doesn’t honor it—they pick and choose who they want to rent to. What’s the point of the online approval if they’re going to disregard it? We had a washer and dryer that Lee picked up on August 20th, promising he had another (slightly cheaper) set available to deliver. As of September 22nd, we still haven’t received it. No starts should be an option. Wouldn’t recommend Thomasville location. Their website will give you your approval amount but they don’t go by that. What’s it there for if they are going to pick and choose what they want and don’t want to rent to someone. We had a washer and dryer set, Lee picked it up August 20th and told us he had another set at the store he could bring that was a little cheaper and still have yet to see it.
