Rent a Center Elsa’s customer service is amazing, everyone was helpful and nice. The place was very well organized.
RAC is pure thievery. The one in Elsa tx, They stole my down payment/ kept it and never got me my merchandise. Saying I didn’t provide check stubs but they never asked my sister for any income verification so why be picky with me if I had paid in full before? I had Good history with RAc but now they stole my money and didn’t deliver the goods. Crooked people representing RAC
