The sweetwater , TN Rent a Center have a very friendly staff who really listen to you and go out of their way to treat you with A+++ care .Thier delivery driver Brandon pulled our washer on the dolly the last 500 feet of our driveway because his truck couldn't make it up the whole way . We bought a king size bed on December 14th which was last month and our due date was for the first payment was January 17th 2025. I called yesterday before going to the store to make a payment to see how much it was and the lady said it was Auto drafted out of my account that morning which I did not authorize and they also took it out of the wrong account which caused that account to be overdrawn and so I will not deal with them ever again because I used to pay either cash or I'd call it in every month to make a payment..
