Very unprofessional. They are rude. Told them a payment plan that would work for me and they go against it. I get paid every 2 weeks. Not weekly at my job and every week they call and show up at my door asking for a payment and every time I tell them I get paid every 2 WEEKS. 10 outta 10 do NOT recommend to anyone! They make it seems to be the best place to go through but they are not professional people
ROACHES!! There HAS to be a way to ck refrigerators before yall sale them! I've NEVER had roaches in my 59 yrs!!! NOW THEY HAVE SPREAD ALL OVER MY KITCHEN!! NOT A HAPPY PERSON! I KNOW FOR A FACT THIS IS WHERE THEY CAME FROM!!

The sweetwater , TN Rent a Center have a very friendly staff who really listen to you and go out of their way to treat you with A+++ care .Thier delivery driver Brandon pulled our washer on the dolly the last 500 feet of our driveway because his truck couldn't make it up the whole way .
