They hid details from me. I made the payment online, submitted my documents with proof of residency. Only for the store to tell me I HAVE to use a utility bill. Which I don’t have because I live with my parents. I have tax returns, bank statements (which is what I used online) and my license proving I’ve lived here. Also after paying what I was supposed to online the store told me that no, actually i have to ALSO pay 150$ to them before getting what I already paid and got approved for online. Complete scam.
Went from approved to denied in the store back to approved even signed my agreement now I’m back too possibly denied

I’ve had the worse customer service experience with TONY THE GENERAL MANAGER I’ve done reached out to the 1800 numerous times since last Thursday and still have not got my problem solved !! I have not talked to the district manager yet, everyone keep telling me I will get a call from him , it’s going on 4 days and I have yet to receive a call!! I just want my issue solved !!!
