The people who work here do not communicate with one another whatsoever. Instead, they will have three employees call you in the same day and harass you instead of just putting a note in the system or writing it down for the rest of their coworkers to see. Harassing people doesn't get you more business and when the customer tells you to come pick your product up for 5 days and you don't do it, it's no longer the customers problem. Do your job for Christ's sake!

I have been using Rent-A-Center for years since they first came to Miami! I will continue to use them as I need items for my home. Excellent staff Jackie and Vince are my favorites They work with you to help you find what you need, Fast and quick delivery. Most of the reviews state that they call harassed daily if you fall behind, I’ve never experienced this. I have found that if you talk to them, they work with you. I highly recommend to all my friends.
