Little slow at first,had pc trouble, but once they got going was good.
Ok so I had a very small package to return from Amazon. First time I ever had to go here. It was the only option that was offered that was free. So the store was open till 6:00pm on a Friday. I got there at 5:45 and the guy working there saw me coming and told me we don’t accept returns after 5:00. He says it’s on the website. I don’t live locally. Don’t select them as an Amazon return, you’ll just waste your time on the drive.
They advertise themselves as an Amazon return center, but refused to take my return after they were the selected location because “they don’t have any boxes”. They could not tell me a date when they would have boxes. The owner had a total attitude about even talking to me, and snapped at me when I asked if someone could come and help me. He said he was trying to help another customer, but he had been off the phone several minutes and just sat at his desk and ignored me. What a terrible way to run a business.
