Had a small amazon return, but location refuses to do it during their business hours (nor the times stated on Amazon return instructions). When I came in the guy said they stopped doing amazon returns 15 minutes ago...
Very rude. Amazon told us to use them for returns. I’d rather pay the extra 1.00 then drive out there and they act like they don’t want Amazons business.
Customer service isn't a strong skill here. Whoever is running Amazon returns has an attitude problem.
