Zetta and Jo was awesome outstanding customer service
I ordered a gaming computer that stated on the website it would be delivered by December 23rd. I called my local store and was told they would call around to other stores to see if they had it available and would call me back. I ordered a new computer since my last experience with a preowned one through rent a center was a mistake. I did not receive a call back that day as I was told so I called the next day. I was overcharged for the product, when I called to inquire about my options, Michael was extremely rude, and hung up in my face. He told me I should have “thought about that before I signed the contract”-I am canceling my agreement and will not do business again with this company.
