Highly would not recommend having anything delivered or picked up I was told they would be here at 2 to pick something up and I have called on and off and been told he will be there in a couple of minutes it is now 6 at night and still no pick up

If I could give a ZERO I would Lauren is a complete jerk. I sent all stuff back after paying 1,000s and nothing being paid off. They called me harassing stating I paid 120 on a rug, mind you it took them 3 weeks to Come get my furniture I sent back and MY HUSBAND had to load it! They stated the rug was on my last contract but kept advising I sign a new one for the rug? Very weird right. Horrible store. Use to you could make payment arrangements and they would work with you each month. Not Lauren. I called to set up an arrangement and she said that they dont do that anymore. I said well when I talked to corporate they said to contact my store and that you could help me with that. She proceeded to lie and tell me that they are their own franchise and that they do not deal with corporate. Once I pay this off I will never rent anything from this store again.
