Horrible store. Use to you could make payment arrangements and they would work with you each month. Not Lauren. I called to set up an arrangement and she said that they dont do that anymore. I said well when I talked to corporate they said to contact my store and that you could help me with that. She proceeded to lie and tell me that they are their own franchise and that they do not deal with corporate. Once I pay this off I will never rent anything from this store again.

Great customer service
So my sister gave me a Nintendo switch that she rented from them. It was paid for, we even have the paperwork on her paying it off. Well she gave it to me as a present. I took it to the pawn shop in union city, because I barely ever touch the thing. My nephews play with it more than I do when they come over. But I decided to pawn it off.
