Terrible customer service. I have delt with rent a center over two years. I own a couch fire place two tvs xbox one and coffee tables from there previous store( closed and combined with other store location in olean). However i have recently received a bed from store that didn't close down. I was late on one payment by not even a week and the rep i spoke to was very rude. I told them to just come get the bed and ill never be back.
