Great friendly staff and service was excellent
Was given a bed bug infested couch that was not throughly cleaned when said "store manager Todd" stated it was. Never have had bed bugs once! and was told "we would have other bed bugs in the store if it came from us" When we picked out the ouch Mr. Todd even said the couch was brought in the day before and hadn't been cleaned! That was 12/23 and they delivered 12/27. In between their truck needed an oil change which delayed the delivery. Therefore, no excuse!! Bed comes big from somewhere!
