Thanks to the Rent-A-Center staff for helping me with everything I needed for my apartment. Some people leave bad reviews, but they personally treat me very well, as long as I make my payments on time. The service is 10/10. If there's something I've seen on the app and I ask in the store, they help me right away! 😁
I have had a terrible time with rent-a-center since I started renting with them. First off when I started renting with them I waited for days to see my agreements. I finally reached out to the store manager Chris to see what was going on he finally sent me a copy of my agreements. I never signed my agreements, they were signed for me. Chris we have known him for a long time that is why my wife and I will always come back to Rent a center. My wife has been with rent a center since 1996 and I have been a customer longer then she has. Best place to rent your elctronics and furnitureliving room and bedroom and washer and dryers. no matter what it is. .
