Chris we have known him for a long time that is why my wife and I will always come back to Rent a center. My wife has been with rent a center since 1996 and I have been a customer longer then she has. Best place to rent your elctronics and furnitureliving room and bedroom and washer and dryers. no matter what it is. .
I can’t give no good reviews on this place ! I bought a tv stand that had a electric fireplace that never worked and a bad mattress that I got delivered and management has given me nothing but excuses, I was late on a payment 4 days and they went to pick up the stuff I had got so I payed because that was my bad but I am on point with my payments! What about 8 months plus for my correct items which I’m paying for!? Should I go pick up my money than?
The staff was amazing and very helpful they do work with you as much as they can especially this incredible and hard worker Christ
FRAUD! I would give you a 0 star rating but 1 is the lowest possible. You started charging my card again randomly 7 months later in May, June, July and August of this year after I rented a TV from you for 1 day in back in November of 2024. This will be reported to the better business bureau.
Chris, Marissa, and Emily, are an awesome outgoing team! They were courteous respectful, and genuine! I was going back and forth and they were patient! One of the times I went I over heard the Store Leader’s boss chewing him out on something but to be fair he was the only one in store and handled everything in a professional and patient manner! As far as who ever was chewing him out I believe was his superior, that was totally unprofessional. But kudos to Chris for remaining calm during a stressful situation.
