when you are calling to pay a bill.. and phone call been answered i didn’t like that The employee made sure the customer is done with everything.. as a employee, you make sure the customer is taking care of before hanging up not know 20 minutes and hang up I was taught that customers come first and make sure everything is done before getting off the phone with the customer The employees need to work on that more that is unacceptable..
