I know a person that's too shy to post a review. She rented a set of furniture from Rent-A-Center, but later discovered that the furniture had bed bugs. At first, she tried to be understanding and thought she could handle the situation and get rid of them herself. Unfortunately, she ended up missing a payment, and Rent-A-Center sent employees to repossess the furniture. Some of the employees/leaders there are awesome like Andy and (I think it's) Justin. Super helpful, keep to what they say, they're organized, get you the best deals and really appreciate your business. Sorry I give y'all mess on pay day - I get paid late in the day and y'all call me at 10am.
