Sad place still has hours 10-6 posted everywhere on the building. I had a lousy amazon return to drop off but this sad place was closed at 10:30 am. When i called later they said they open at noon?? What kind of business rents TV's and furniture but don't open in the AM?? You might as well close this sad store permanently.............

This place always has my back! A year or so ago, my pc went kaput mid sims4 binge sesh, Andy the store manager went out of his way to grab a gaming laptop from another store and bring me my new set up moments before store closed. This time? My ac went out in my 2 story townhouse - to say it's hot in here is an understatement. The sales manager set up a delivery for ASAP (talking like 30 minutes for delivery) for the portable ac unit I'm renting until mine is fixed. This place is by far the best ever, especially the manager very easy very friendly to work with, and we’ll go above and beyond anything in the world for his customers at the same time putting the company first as he should as far as the employees they are all truly amazing and treat you like you are a personal friend than just a customer, which is why I love the store and did business with them with an exception of the new female they hired which does raise a few concerns of mine. I know a person that's too shy to post a review. She rented a set of furniture from Rent-A-Center, but later discovered that the furniture had bed bugs. At first, she tried to be understanding and thought she could handle the situation and get rid of them herself. Unfortunately, she ended up missing a payment, and Rent-A-Center sent employees to repossess the furniture. Some of the employees/leaders there are awesome like Andy and (I think it's) Justin. Super helpful, keep to what they say, they're organized, get you the best deals and really appreciate your business. Sorry I give y'all mess on pay day - I get paid late in the day and y'all call me at 10am.
