They open our house door when no one is home and that’s illegal
Coming from someone that is a Store Manager for a top leading company in Georgia.This place is a joke. My fiancé and I ordered and reclining couch. Not a single employee bothered to ask where the product needed to be placed in the home, including the store manager(Stephanie) and the assistant manager(believe his name was Austin). Only giving 1 star because I have to put something. Doug has been great but Ashley and Stephanie are completely unprofessional and rude. I had a pickup scheduled with them for a specific day due to going to a competitor. I advised them it needed to be gone by Wednesday. That was all great until today when they completely switched up and changed everything agreed upon just to make themselves look better with corporate or whatever.
