They don’t care whether or not you have an account they harass people and put stuff on your vehicles and try to place them inside it while it’s locked. Call the store and they don’t care they try to act stupid even after tell them that have security cameras proving it. Told them I don’t have an account with them never have yet they care cuz a previous person used my address as a place that doesn’t live here but they still show up and harass regardless
I ordered a Whirlpool range in November of 2023 and paid the first week's rental. The site showed it as in stock; however, the store told me it was on order and I would receive it in about 10 days. 10 days passed and I called again. I was told I should receive it before Christmas. Today is August 31, 2024 and the order still shows as Pending and I've never received the item nor had my first week's rental returned.
