Began a lease at the Gallup store, and was notified via text that the item was instore to pick up. I made arragements to pick up the item, only to be told that it wasnt there. I was told by staff that the messages were automated but when I showed them messages they still tried to say where automated. When I asked to start a new lease with the item instore i was told they couldnt because it was for someone else. I was then told that I could speak to the manager who for some reason is never in the store. Imagine being disabled... read more
