The show room is always festive, warm and inviting. Staff is super friendly and helpful and is always willing to do the best they can to make sure the customer is paying a fair price and is set up on a comfortable pay schedule. They install furniture for free on a day that works with the customers and even demonstrates how the product work and makes sure the customer is set up for success. ❤️
The manager of this store as of 9/16/2024, was extremely rude and dismissive when she was asked why we're getting late fees when our payday falls on a weekend and doesn't post until Monday. She stated that they're not just picking on us. She can't control the late fees. At the end of the conversation we got an extremely slimy and sarcastic "Hope you have a better day " How is this the person the company choice to be the face to their name at their Aberdeen location?
