They damaged my wall in my apartment, and they came to “replace” it just to paint my wall with a different color of paint. I’ve reached out to the manager to fix it, and he’s left me on read. They don’t care about customers, just their money. I would be careful giving them business unless you want your place ruined.
I regret ever signing up with Rent-A-Center. I make weekly payments on auto-pay, scheduled every Saturday. I even have a backup card on file just in case. But the literal moment a payment doesn’t go through on a Saturday morning, they go full stalker mode. Texts. Emails. Voicemails. Phone calls. Before I’ve even had coffee. Chill out! Omar the store manager doesn’t work with customers and he is very rude! If you’re not of Hispanic heritage I wouldn’t even try doing business with the woodburn rent a center!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
