My first experience started off great. Friendly nice people, found just what I was looking for, couch with fold out bed and nice tv. Then it went downhill. My mattress in the couch was not covered in plastic, the couch was dirty and had rips with small dead bugs on the frame under the back cushions. Only a few (NOT bed bugs, I need that to be clear) and my TV had someone else signed into it, with lines across the top. Horrible business , I was on time with my first payment and things had happened to where I was a few days late the second time, mentioned I was dealing with my disabled mother and had to pay only 3 days later. No working with me , no understanding, and since I didn’t tell them right after I moved literally 3 days since I moved , he accuses me of stealing and that he’s going to get me for a warrant. Will never rent anything here again, extreme interest rates and also the manager is a completely jerk. He threatens to sue you for being 1 day late. It's crazy, highly don't recommend coming here.
Cameron and his crew are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!!!!!
