I have only one complaint and that is that once you are a member you cannot use rewards anymore. This is what I was told by one of the workers. I received a check in the mail for use at Rent-a-Center from Rent-a-Center and they told me that since I had used the first one they sent me, I wasn't eligible to use the second one. Why??
