I am shocked right now, never experienced this before with this rent a center. I tried paying my furniture on Saturday, it said it didn't go through however rent a center not only took one payment but two!! Would've been ok except talking to rose this morning....I got rage baited, she wouldn't listen to me, told me not to "freak out"....you rage bait me and wondered why I got so angry! I'm done with rent a center I will be going back to Aarons. Very unprofessional. I am not your friend I am a customer!
