Always good service, good products
For the first time in many years that I have dealt with RAC, I wasn't treated with the respect or customer service I have become accustom to with them. A simple phone call to update me on my order is all that was needed. I was left waiting on a scheduled delivery, after rearranging my day, only to have to call & find out it wasn't there.
