Just got a sofa, couldn't make ONE payment until the next week on Friday .they couldn't wait just 3 days for payment..they came to pick it up today Tuesday when I would have paid Friday. Great customer service guys- NOT..That was crap! Love Lyle though! He's the best and this wasn't his decision!

I am extremely dissatisfied with this Rent-A-Center. They seem unconcerned with the challenges customers face. While my husband is in the hospital battling for his life, they continue to harass him for payment. This reveals their sole focus. I highly recommend avoiding business with them.
