Stay away from Amana Washers. They only last two years. Go some where else.
Very terrible unprofessional people. Made my experience with rent a center a really bad one couldn’t even tell me which store the item was at so I can at least go to specific store and pick it up myself and proceeded to cancel my account even though I said no I can just contact customer service and was told that I can take my business elsewhere on the call after I did everything I was supposed to do and they did not … called me on the phone because I left a message that I was unsatisfied and disappointed amd told me I have t... read more
It was actually a very good experience. I was unable to keep up with the payments and they were super cool about it. Now that I'm more financially stable I can do this again
We got a beautiful love seat and recliner set. Had it for about a week and a half, we decided that it just wasn’t the right fit for our particular room! We called for them to come get it, that we were sorry for the trouble! When they got to our home they opened our screen door and started pounding on it like they were the police or something! So rude and disrespectful at pickup but were so nice when they dropped it off. Idc who you are, you don’t disrespect peoples homes.
