I went to buy a sofa for my new apartment I just got. They attempted to bring the sofa but it was too big and told me I had to pick a new sofa. I asked them to just refund me because I didn’t want another sofa and they told me they did but they lied and kept my money and they tried to charge me for a sofa I didn’t even get.
