I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I initially worked with Whitney, and later communicated with the store manager, Kay. An appliance was delivered to my home, but I refused the delivery because the item arrived with a missing/broken piece. What made the situation even more concerning was that when the delivery drivers contacted Kay about the issue, I overheard her instruct them to go ahead and install it anyway and told them I could simply put in a work order afterward to have it fixed.
