John was very polite, it was his last day, but he done his best to make me happy
Cay was very helpful and answered every question I asked. She was very knowledgeable about how the agreements work and broke things down and was a joyful spirit all around.
This rent a center is very professional! I originally ordered a piece a furniture that could not fit, however they were able to accommodate me with an even better piece of furniture within the same day! I appreciate the diligent communication with Ms. Cay and the fast delivery turnaround from the movers.
