This location has always been honest and up front. They have been WAY better to me than their main competition Aaron's ever was. They've worked with me on deals and hunted down specific items for me. The credit manager and store manager especially have been stellar.
The customer service person in store was nice (Ethan). Everything else about the experience was pretty bad. First, we wanted to rent weekly since we only needed temporary furniture and weren’t sure how long we’d need it. Unfortunately we were told we could only do a monthly agreement since it was a “short term rental”, and had to pay a month in advance. We paid and scheduled delivery for the next day.
