I have been a loyal rent a center customer for almost a year now. I have paid off a TV, and still currently paying off 2 more items. I recently got approved for, and paid my first payment on a new tv, that was supposed to be delivered today. I moved a month ago and updated my address with them twice and they still attempted to deliver to my old address. So the store manger Joe Melvin had me come in to the store to “update my file”.
