The manager Gina is truly terrible. She not only demeans her coworkers but does so to others as well. She is not helpful at all and denied giving me the corporate phone number after asking nicely multiple times. Do not deal with her!
This location is used for Amazon return items; exercise caution when visiting as I experienced an issue with a recent return. A few weeks ago, I attempted to return two items to Amazon, but upon receipt, they only acknowledged one item and are now attempting to charge me for the second item, which I refuse to pay. Be cautious when utilizing this Rent-A-Center as a return location for Amazon items, as I experienced an issue where they only received one of the two items I attempted to return, and they are currently investigating the matter, as they continue to attempt to debit my card, which is causing frustration; therefore, exercise vigilance when returning items, particularly clothing, to this location.
Please save your money. They are rude, nobody does their job. They act like it’s their merchandise and an honor to do business with them not the other way around. Got mad cause I call corporate on them for not doing the job they supposed to do. Sad bunch of people
