Be cautious when utilizing this Rent-A-Center as a return location for Amazon items, as I experienced an issue where they only received one of the two items I attempted to return, and they are currently investigating the matter, as they continue to attempt to debit my card, which is causing frustration; therefore, exercise vigilance when returning items, particularly clothing, to this location.
Please save your money. They are rude, nobody does their job. They act like it’s their merchandise and an honor to do business with them not the other way around. Got mad cause I call corporate on them for not doing the job they supposed to do. Sad bunch of people
