Please save your money. They are rude, nobody does their job. They act like it’s their merchandise and an honor to do business with them not the other way around. Got mad cause I call corporate on them for not doing the job they supposed to do. Sad bunch of people
They was good with the customer service and there delivery
I signed up online with Rent-A-Center two weeks ago and uploaded every document they requested. I never received a single call or follow-up. The Black Friday “special” turned out to be a complete lie—when I finally called the store, they didn’t even have the product I ordered. The customer service was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced.
