Payment due today and they knocking on your door like they the police. Worst store every Sandra need to be fired and they need new management. They are very childish and unprofessional. I can't wait until they bring new management and workers they don't deserve no customer shut down until new management.

Worst rent a center ever to rent from, bad customer service and management is beyond not friendly. Please takebyour money elsewhere. Friendly employees on raleigh blvd stay away from poole rd in Raleigh. You money is worth much more then that located help benefit some other store.
Just got brand new washer and dryer delivered yesterday and today I noticed that behind the washing machine, the hose came disconnected from the washer and water was behind the washer. So the guy did not connect it good. I know no one is perfect and things happen but I won't be paying for a half done job. They are suppose to come back put today between 3 and 5 to come fix it and I hope they come..
