I am one week late and talked to "Jeff" Thursday and another employee the Friday before. I had paid two weeks and they said I had been given a free week so that would make me one week late TODAY. They constantly call and harass me. They even sent someone to my door just now... I'm in contact with corporate. It's harassment. I was having trouble with my payments and I called them. I originally asked the to pick the stuff up. Someone was supposed to see what they could do to help me with my payments. NO ONE ever called me back until today(6/11). I was on the other line so i had to call them back. Apparently my payments were extended 3 weeks, even though no one ever called to tell me. It is disappointing because the lady who originally rented the stuff out to me was really nice. Will never use Rent-A-Center ever again.
