Rent-a-Center gave me a mattress that was infested with bed bugs. They dont intend to do anything about it. The staff, in my opinion, is comprised of high school dropouts who should be working at McDonalds instead. They have poor customer service and low quality furniture. The manager can never be reached when needed and the staff is unwilling to help.
