The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice but he dropped the ball. He never called me again after he told me he was sure he could get us a car without the cigarette smoke smell. It was really bad when the AC was turned on leading us to think the air filter had not been changed in a while. We hope we won't need a car next time we visit our family in Union, MO.
I received great customer service from the Washington MO. office. Great rates and a good dependable vehicle. Won't use any other rental car company.
