Never recommend this company I called the desk guy to rent a car for 3 month he ignored my call. This is what they provide. Never visit this location

Rented a car for 10:00 am. Showed up at 9:45z there are no cars and no people at this location. Just a sign with an address and phone number. I call. They say someone will pick us up. 10 minutes later they call and say no one available, please walk 15 minutes. Go there. Long line with 10 people ahead of us. Line doesn’t move for 30 minutes. Only 1 guy at counter handling at least 6 different agencies (see photo). Finally asked when car will be available. He says 1.5 hours. I cancelled. Ruined my day. I booked my reservation for a small car well in advance, but when I got to the office listed on Google maps, there was nobody at the front desk. After 3 missed calls, I was told to go to their other office and was then told my reservation was no good and that I had to go to their third office listed under a different company. This company is suck! No one at check in counter and no one responses to message! Waste of time. I highly recommend on the same street down the road 1341 Independent Rent A Car. The owner himself served for me to get calm because of his neighbor Scam!
