Wow amazing service and helpful staff. Highly recommend this location. I’ve rented many cars from bigger brands… don’t bother.
I made a reservation a few days before the date I needed the car. I was told that it would take around 30 more minutes in order to finish the booking process. I arrived at 8 am, and it took almost an hour and a half to get the car. Not all the staff was in the office, the car was not ready and the terminal to pay wasn't working. A complete mess. 3 more groups were waiting and some left due to the lack of attention. I would not recommend this rental place unless it's your last option.

Horrible experience, very rude and disrespectful on the phone and couldn’t answer any of my questions I had about drop off. Go somewhere else, not worth the hassle or worry
Worst service, worst staff!!! They simply said they didn’t have the car and that we had to pick it up from Richmond instead of the downtown location. This is not how things work in Canada — clearly, the staff doesn’t understand what Canadian standards are!
