Never Answer the Phone call, whenever they answer you they treat you like dumb, the guy answer all drunk and didn't know what I was talking about when I ask for a car availability to rent

My aunt rented a car from her the second day she had it broke down, the alternator went out and car just stopped working, She used their insurance. It took two hours for a tow truck to come, and she had to miss work. She had to take the car back three times to get fixed when you rent a car you expected to work right and don’t have to worry about taking it back-and-forth to the shop to get fixed. This company is horrible and I would recommend find another place.

I used to rent from Hertz and it was a terrible experience. They constantly overcharge my account constantly had to go in and wait in lines for hours. I switched to this company Rent-A-Car for Uber and I’ve been with them for three years because they are on top of their stuff. I highly recommend if you are Uber or Lyft or DoorDash driver or any gig worker at all then this is the place you want to rent a car from.
