Total racket. Renting the car is super annoying with a virtual system that needs everything in the world presented to a camera. Takes forever, but what I'm really not ok with is the bait and switch pricing. I book through third party, CWT. The price should be the price. Had they emailed me the nearly double they tried to charge me (with tolls included, which only removed 12 dollars from this inflated total), I'd have canceled. Which I'm sure is why they do it. I do not recommend this company. I rented a car for one week and was charged an extra $350 for insurance, even though I already had my own insurance coverage. Instead of saving money, I ended up paying much more than expected. They also charged me an additional $117, saying I returned the car late because their rental period ends at 10:00 a.m. I picked up the car at 5:00 p.m. and booked it for a full 7 days, so I expected to return it at 5:00 p.m. This policy was not made clear to me when I rented the vehicle. If I could give it a negative, I would! No in person all with TV screen and kept adding more $$$$$$$ and I had paid in advance thru price line!! Cancelled and found another way! Several people also had problems with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING!!!

Like everyone has said, avoid this place like your life depended on it. Insurance scam, they will overcharge you claiming its mandatory, its cheaper to get a Uber and go some place else. Run away!

Just ridiculous. Don’t ever EVER book a rental car through this company. So many hidden fees to pay as well as the rental rate. They also charge $175 toll penalty for using the toll ONE TIME that they are located off of. Also the agent never called a shuttle for me and my kids so we missed our flights. We waited 1.5 hrs there for a shuttle. Agent proceeded to say that I could uber. Had I known it was going to take that long I would’ve. He said they’ll be there in 10 minutes. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.
