Absolutely Horrible place DO NOT again DO NOT use them even if you book through Priceline or a different place your car is NOT paid for they will try to charge you an absurd amount and claim its because of insurance verification and in case you get in an accident. Awful literally the worst car rental ever ruined my trip
I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked and paid for my rental online, but when I arrived, they charged me a huge additional amount under the name of an administration fee. The entire process felt misleading and unfair. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want transparent pricing and no unexpected charges.
The most disgusting company I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me an extra $200 even though I had already paid and booked the car online. When I arrived to pick up the car, they claimed the online price was only a promotional price. I also had my own personal auto insurance and had purchased full coverage insurance online, but they refused to accept it. At first we thought it was shady when we pulled up and had to walk into a room to talk to someone through a screen but once we got the green light and the keys in our hands we were totally impressed with this place! Overall super happy with this place! ☺️
