Pues resulta que renté un auto en esta empresa y fui a recogerlo y hoy Lunes 28 de Julio no se presentaron a trabajar, hablé por teléfono t después de 1 hora de estar esperando a ver cómo me solucionaban te responden por teléfono de manera prepotente, pésima atención, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, terminé yéndome con la compañía al lado de ellos NO RENTEN NADA CON FOUR CAR RENTAL, evítense un mal momento y pésimo servicio.
I repeat do not use this company. They charge me hidden fee without any explanation. I will be suing this company along with Expedia and file a complaint with the better business bureau.the rental was$119.00and listen to this the fine is $130.00. FRUAD. Not one has contact me about this . Expedia call and they didn’t even understand where the fee is coming from. Beware !!!!!!
Very efficient 24/hr customer service clean cars.always have a listening ears when customers having a problem highly recommended this company
This place was so weird, but I love it and will definitely use it again when flying into FLL. They’re off site in a sketchy lot and you have to take a shuttle to get there. However, once you are there, the whole check out process is video based and so is the drop off. So much easier than the car rental center at the airport. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was they have a big security deposit with fees attached, which was not advertised. Expect a hidden fee of $40 or so. I’d still use them though.
