ABSOLUTELY SCAM - WORST CAR RENTAL. We left after hours with many other customers frustrated because they add about $570 unheard of type of insurances and fees after you have made the reservation and payment online. Their instruction on how to get there were incorrect and they send you to a different car rental. NO ONE IS PHYSICALLY IN THE OFFICE. 1 Star — SCAM SCAM SCAM! RUN AWAY!! This company is a complete scam. My 71-year-old grandmother’s car broke down, so we rented her a car for a week. Everything seemed fine until we returned the car — in perfect condition. Then they claimed it smelled like smoke and charged her $500! Let me be clear: my grandmother is elderly, fragile, and doesn’t smoke at all.
