Very patient at the rental process while I looked up my insurance details. Also very helpful with car selection, got just what we wanted for our vacation!
They over charged me and charged me for an upgrade because I switched cars 3 times because the ones they kept giving me was disgustingly dirty. There is no person there everything is done on computer. I wish I could give them no stars.

Many of the reviews here that I read were very mixed and not really informative, here are the things I was wondering/wish I knew (based on our experience) Pros: They are quite a bit cheaper than large companies even after hidden fees (more on that later), kiosk and rental staff were helpful, shuttle service from the airport Cons: You kind of get what you pay for with the rental process. If you don't want to ruin your weekend, do not use this company. I paid the agreed-upon amount, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they charged me three times what I had already paid—and gave me a vehicle of a much lower class than the one I had ordered. Furthermore, the car had mechanical defects; specifically, the brakes were faulty. I am still in a legal dispute with them—as well as with my credit card company—in an attempt to recover my money. Please stay away from that company
