Not specifically about this office, but Hertz in general is a terrible service. They pushed a bunch of unnecessary and expensive add-ons like PREMIUM EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE — and when I actually needed it, I couldn’t reach anyone. I selected a pick-up time, showed up — and they were on lunch break. I changed the drop-off location on their website and paid extra for it, only to find out that the location I chose was closed for renovations. I contacted support asking for a refund and never even got a reply.
Always a great experience! I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and have never had a negative encounter.
