TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TAXI SERVICE A LADY NAMED TRISH IS ONE OF THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES THERE !!! WORST SERVICE EVER! I RENTED A CAR THE LAST TIME FROM THEM AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME IT WAS $40 A DAY AND THE DEPOSIT WAS $100. WHEN I GET THERE THE DEPOSIT WAS $200 AND THEY SAID IT WAS $75 A DAY!!!! WHEN I DROVE OFF WITH THE CAR NOT EVEN 2 MILES AND THE TRANSMISSION LIGHT CAME ON THEN THE CAR DIES ON THE ROAD!!! I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WOULDN'T DARE SPEND A DOLLAR AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!
I wish I would have seen other reviews on here before now... This is absolutely the worst garage I have ever dealt with in all my life!! I went here to get a rental when my truck broke down (because Enterprise and Hertz were both sold out at the time). When we started talking about my truck, rather than give a fair estimate of parts and labor, they asked questions like "how much money can you spend?" and "how much will your tax refund be?" Tires 4 Less is under new management. I am working to get more positive Feed Back. I am working on Improving on how repairs are done and so far customers have been happy with the service I have been giving them. As of right now I am working on weekly or monthly specials.
My wife and I had to go to the airport and booked the taxi 4less 24h ahead. Guess what? No one showed up!!! We called and they sad that the taxi should be here shortly. Again ... nothing!! We called again and got no answer. In their card they say they are reliable. Do they know the meaning this word?
they are always there when they say they wil be, and they are the cleanest, nicest people! Their drivers are amazing and alot of fun.. They have a gorgeous driver too!
I only rate it one out of five because they make you choose atleast one star otherwise it should be no stars This place is horrible. I went here not only did they break off my passenger mirror and glue it back on and say it was like that they also made the problem i had with my rotors worse! It was a simple job and they MESSED UP BAD and now they want to work on my car and get more money I THINK NOT do not go here. its a ripp off never go here
