This place offers old fashioned genuine service. No hard sell. No pressure. Twice I've been in for service on my ebike (not purchased from them) and both times they have told me they don't need to do as much as they thought and therefore the cost is less. I would be non the wiser but they are honest and fair dinkum. Thankyou
Previously we were customers of RPP but now living overseas for past 4 years. We recently returned to Bathurst for a few days and hired eMTBs from them. Bikes near new and the support was great. Good to see the team again.
