Went to our local shop in Orange and was completely ignored. Gave Renshaw’s a call and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. That’s what proper local customer service should look like. Well worth the trip to Bathurst to get sorted

Great, friendly customer service. Welcomed almost as soon as we walked in the store, exceptional knowledge of products and suggestions for what i wanted without trying to oversell. The sales rep also gave space to discuss without being asked. Would happily shop there again.
