Shocking incompetence! Several of my loans are now being serviced by RENOVO FINANCIAL CORP. The staff are apologetic in their emails several days after my communications but no action! Real estate tax payments are missed, insurance goes unpaid so as a customer you are exposed to risks of liability and liens on your property from unpaid taxes.
